mashy, grainy and beerish – not bearish. Nice notes of linseed oil. Also fusel oil, fresh butter. I like the dryness of this one, even if it’s a little austere

notes of apples and pears (including peelings) and a little oak. Vanilla. More tannins at the finish. Simple but not unpleasant
