Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 어린 아란답게 매시한 곡물감과 맥주를 닮은 향이 가장 먼저 드러나고, 아마씨유와 신선한 버터의 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다. 1996년 빈티지의 8년 숙성답게 다소 건조하고 절제된 성격이 인상적이며, 팰럿에서는 사과와 배, 껍질의 쌉싸름함이 명확하게 이어진다. 53.6도의 도수에서 바닐라와 옅은 오크 타닌이 구조를 잡아 준다. 단순하지만 거슬리지 않는 구성의 이 보틀링은 피니시에서 마른 과일과 타닌이 담백하게 남는다.
