아란 섬의 증류소가 1996년에 채운 원액은 셰리 호그스헤드에서 스무 해를 보내고 잔에 따뜻한 호박빛을 드리운다. 향은 잘 익은 자두와 건포도, 오렌지 껍질의 셰리 결이 화사하게 피어오른다. 50.8도의 입안은 토피와 말린 과일, 약간의 향신료가 둥글게 번진다. 비교적 젊은 증류소가 빚은 깨끗하고 단정한 셰리 캐릭터가 돋보이며, 여운에는 견과와 오크의 온기가 길게 이어진다.
