Tasting Notes
맑고 옅은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 산뜻하게 번진다. 아란 섬에서 빚은 이 싱글 캐스크는 갓 자른 배와 바닐라, 크림 같은 향이 또렷하게 피어오른다. 15년 숙성된 입안에서는 잘 익은 복숭아와 꿀, 가벼운 흰 후추가 깔끔하게 어우러진다. 1996년 빈티지의 젊고 생기 있는 과일감이 53.5도의 힘에 단단히 실리고, 섬 특유의 옅은 바다 기운이 끝맛에 스민다. 과수원 과일과 보리의 여운이 잔잔히 가라앉는다.

powerful and extremely close to the grains. Muesli and apple juice, then vanilla and gooseberries plus fresh oak. Needs water I guess... With water: exactly the same profile plus just a little mint. Hints of wine vinegar – which isn’t bad at all
restaurant Palate
very sweet spirit, with a lot of sweetened apple juice, touches of kiwis and lemons, vanilla, café latte and cane sugar syrup. And corn syrup. Creamy mouth feel. With water: became even creamier, it’s almost a liqueur now. More cane sugar syrup, barley sugar… Barley sugar liqueur?
