셰리 호그스헤드에서 20년을 보낸 시간이 향과 맛의 중심을 이룬다. 스코틀랜드 아란 섬의 아란 1996 리미티드 에디션은 잘 익은 자두와 오렌지, 옅은 향신료의 향을 부드럽게 피운다. 51.2도의 도수는 입안에서 건포도와 꿀, 다크 초콜릿을 진하게 채운다. 비교적 젊은 증류소가 셰리 우드 속에서 보여준 원숙함이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 짙은 호박빛 뒤로 이어지는 여운은 마른 과일과 옅은 탄닌을 남긴다.
