Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 갓 구운 브리오슈와 보리, 빵 반죽의 향이 부드럽게 올라오고 달콤한 와인에 조린 배의 뉘앙스가 뒤를 잇는다. 잔을 흔들면 셰리 버트에서 온 은은한 마른 과일이 그 아래로 스며 나온다. 잔에 코를 가까이 대면 볶은 보리와 옅은 향신료가 한층 또렷해진다. 한 모금 머금으면 46도의 균형 잡힌 질감 위로 소박하지만 깊이 있는 몰트 향이 퍼지며 보리의 단맛과 옅은 과일이 겹쳐 번진다. 삼키고 나면 10년 아란다운 여운이 캐스크를 그을려 얻은 커피 향을 남기며 중간 길이로 은은하게 이어진다.

it's more rustic, but it's good. There's more depth to it than in the big-name Speysiders of the same age, I find, but it's further away from the coastal ones (BN, HP, Cl, OP...). In short, it's in between the two
