Tasting Notes
옅은 밀짚빛이 잔에 맑게 감돈다. 애런이 1995년을 담아 셰리 호그스헤드에서 27년을 보낸 이 위스키는 코끝에서 보리 시럽과 브리오슈, 잘 익은 바나나의 향을 부드럽게 풀어놓는다. 잔을 오래 두면 팝콘과 쇼트브레드, 무르익은 사과 향이 겹친다. 다시 향을 맡으면 옅은 꿀과 시리얼 내음이 또렷해진다. 42.7도의 순한 도수로 입안에서는 바닐라와 레몬, 옅은 사과의 소박한 단맛이 담백하게 흐른다. 한 모금을 더 머금으면 보리의 구수함이 뒤따른다. 여운은 보리의 단맛이 중간 길이로 잔잔하게 남는다.
