잔을 돌리면 맑은 금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 가볍게 미끄러진다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 버진 오크에서 온 바닐라와 코코넛, 갓 깎은 나무의 향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 46도로 병입한 10년 아란을 한 모금 머금으면 배와 시트러스, 달콤한 오크 향신료가 산뜻하게 혀에 퍼진다. 넘긴 뒤에는 계피와 크림 같은 단맛이 부드럽게 잦아들며 입안을 정리한다.

it's more rustic, but it's good. There's more depth to it than in the big-name Speysiders of the same age, I find, but it's further away from the coastal ones (BN, HP, Cl, OP...). In short, it's in between the two
