Tasting Notes
연한 화이트 와인빛이 잔 속에 옅게 어린다. 아란이 여덟 해를 피티드 피노 누아 캐스크에서 보낸 이 스몰 배치는 훈연과 붉은 와인의 개성이 만난다. 해변의 모닥불과 부싯돌, 빗물 같은 서늘한 향이 먼저 피어오른다. 58도의 힘 위로 훈연한 사과와 소금기, 붉은 과일의 단맛이 소박하게 번진다. 여운은 훈연의 재와 옅은 와인의 결이 짭조름하게 이어진다.
