Tasting Notes
노즈는 38년 장기 숙성한 글렌리벳다운 잘 익은 열대 과일과 꿀, 밀랍 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1973년이라는 희귀한 빈티지에서 온 망고와 오래된 오크, 옅은 향신료가 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 47.5도에서 부드러운 균형을 보이며 파인애플과 토피, 잘 익은 배가 명확하게 드러난다. 중반부로 갈수록 오래된 오크의 무게가 은근하게 더해진다. 피니시는 달콤한 오크와 시트러스의 여운이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 반세기에 가까운 숙성이 빚어낸 스페이사이드의 우아한 구조감이 단단하다.

perfect light fruitiness and many honeyed flowers, all being very elegant and almost feminine (sorry gals). Mirabelle pie and buttercups with just touches of old Sauternes
restaurant Palate
a bit of drying oak but all what’s on top of it is quite perfect. Vanilla, overripe apples, honey and cinnamon, then more tarty notes of stewed rhubarb. It’s all extremely elegant, really, despite the white pepper that tends to grow bigger (oak)
timer Finish
medium long, always on white pepper, cinnamon and now apple peelings. Plum pie and cinnamon in the aftertaste
