Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 짙은 호박빛이 잔 안쪽을 부드럽게 적신다. 코끝으로 끌어당기면 1971년 글렌리벳다운 잘 익은 오렌지와 건포도, 그 위로 오래된 셰리의 가죽과 꿀 향이 겹겹이 떠오른다. 33년을 보낸 이 위스키를 한 모금 머금으면 46도가 매끄럽게 퍼지며 졸인 과실과 다크 캐러멜의 단맛이 혀를 감싼다. 천천히 삼키면 묵은 오크의 스파이스가 입안에 길게 남는다.

straighter than the 21yo, rather less toasted and malty but also more fruity and honeyed. Notes of pollen, apricots, orange cake, roasted peanuts and just wee hints of wood smoke again. Quite perfect! More sherry coming through after a while, a little raspberry eau-de-vie, blackcurrant buds, roses…
restaurant Palate
sweet, fruity and creamy, pretty perfect. Excellent body. Notes of candied tropical fruits, oranges, ripe apples, ‘arranged rum’ (with pineapples) and then just the right amount of spices and herbs to prevent it from becoming ueberfruity
