Tasting Notes
오래된 호박빛이 잔 안쪽에 부드럽게 비친다. 1971년 셰리 캐스크에서 32년을 보낸 Glenlivet Cooper's Choice답게 스페이사이드 특유의 우아함과 셰리의 단맛이 함께 깃든다. 코끝에는 건포도, 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 꿀 향이 어우러진다. 46도의 도수가 입을 매끄럽게 덮으며 마멀레이드, 호두, 흑설탕의 풍미가 차례로 풀린다. 여운에서는 옅은 가죽과 캐러멜의 단맛이 길게 머문다.

straighter than the 21yo, rather less toasted and malty but also more fruity and honeyed. Notes of pollen, apricots, orange cake, roasted peanuts and just wee hints of wood smoke again. Quite perfect! More sherry coming through after a while, a little raspberry eau-de-vie, blackcurrant buds, roses…
restaurant Palate
sweet, fruity and creamy, pretty perfect. Excellent body. Notes of candied tropical fruits, oranges, ripe apples, ‘arranged rum’ (with pineapples) and then just the right amount of spices and herbs to prevent it from becoming ueberfruity
