노즈는 초반에 나무의 건조한 인상을 앞세운다. 곧 캐러멜과 버터가 올라와 온도를 높인다. 입에서는 옥수수 단맛과 토피가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 후추가 그 위를 지난다. 여운은 오크와 카카오 닙으로 길게 닫힌다. 물을 한두 방울 더하면 곡물의 단맛이 조금 더 열리며 단일 배럴 특유의 곧은 골격은 그대로 유지된다. 복합성보다 밀도로 읽히는 구성이다.
