리필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 33년을 보낸 긴 숙성이 스페이사이드 글렌리벳의 우아한 스피릿에 은은한 단맛을 천천히 새겼다. 잘 익은 사과와 말린 살구, 꿀 향이 먼저 올라오고, 52.2도의 도수가 입안에서 건포도와 헤이즐넛, 가벼운 오크 스파이스를 또렷하게 펼쳐 보인다. 절제된 리필 통이 30년을 넘긴 스피릿의 섬세함을 살려, 짙은 금빛 너머로 꿀과 견과의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

smells official. I know, a rather stupid comment, but I mean it. Apples and chalk, raisins and clay. Not much else to say. With water: a little humus and mushrooms, which I always love in my whisky. Chives?
