Flavor Profile
Tasting Notes
깊은 호박빛이 잔 가장자리에서 부드럽게 비친다. 1981년을 증류해 리필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 36년을 보낸 글렌리벳은 잘 익은 사과와 배, 꿀의 향을 차곡차곡 풀어놓는다. 긴 세월이 도수를 다듬어 47.6도임에도 입안에서는 마른 살구와 가벼운 계피, 오크의 단맛이 둥글게 어우러진다. 리필 캐스크 특유의 절제된 과일감이 여운에 또렷이 깃들어 스페이사이드의 우아함을 길게 남긴다.

there is a touch of cumin, caraway, or long-forgotten East German kraüterlikör at first nosing, but chestnut purée, prunes, milk chocolate, cinnamon rolls, dates and blackcurrants are soon to take over. Some pipe tobacco too, Scottish oxtail soup, Marmi… not!
restaurant Palate
rather sweeter, and even a tad zesty, with some tangerine marmalade, perhaps, figs, tobacco, a mild pepperiness, and more chocolate after a short while. Once again old Armagnac isn’t far away

long, spicier, and that would be oak spices, naturally. Cloves, pepper, cinnamon, a wee bit of salted liquorice, nutmeg, more cinnamon…
