Tasting Notes
깊은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 노을처럼 잔잔히 일렁인다. 잔을 흔들면 잘 익은 망고와 파인애플의 향이 먼저 솟고 묵은 밀랍과 오래된 책의 기운이 은은하게 받친다. 입에 들이면 서른아홉 해가 농축한 열대 과일과 꿀이 부드럽게 번지며 53.6도의 알코올이 놀랍도록 둥글게 가라앉는다. 던컨 테일러가 병입한 이 1968년 글렌리벳은 사라진 시대의 결을 그대로 품고 있다. 여운은 잘 익은 과일과 가벼운 오크 향으로 길게 이어진다.

rougher than the 1968 but just as grassy. Cut grass and almonds. Not much else but maybe water will help. With water: improves a bit indeed, but we’re still very grassy and austere here. this is obviously better than the 1968 but just as on the nose, it’s rough and grassy spirit. And dry as a bone! With water: no development I’m afraid. The good news is that it’s very ‘straight and clean’ now
