노즈는 1973년 증류된 올드 글렌리벳 특유의 잘 익은 과수원 과일 향과 꽃향으로 명확하게 열리고, 오크에서 온 꿀과 밀랍 향이 뒤따라 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 도수를 타고 배와 살구, 보리 단맛이 선명하게 드러나며 27년 숙성이 더한 매끄럽고 깊은 질감이 입을 채운다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 꿀과 옅은 오크 향신료, 시트러스의 여운이 남는다. 던 에이단이 2000년에 병입한 스페이사이드의 고전으로, 오랜 숙성의 균형이 단단하다.

this time there are whiffs of sulphur (cooked cabbage) as well as notes of new leather, bitter almonds and new magazine (right, ink), but the fruits are quick to come out, with a combination of oranges and tangerines, especially zests and marmalade.
