Tasting Notes
바랜 황금빛이 잔 안쪽에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 1974년에 증류한 이 글렌리벳은 반세기를 넘긴 올드 보틀 특유의 묵은 향을 먼저 내민다. 향은 잘 익은 멜론과 밀랍, 마른 풀내음이 은은하게 겹쳐지며 시간의 깊이를 풍긴다. 한 모금 머금으면 꿀과 보리, 옅은 향신료가 55.2도의 기운을 업고 또렷하게 퍼진다. 카덴헤드 특유의 꾸밈없는 정직함이 끝까지 이어지고, 여운에는 오래된 나무와 곡물의 단맛이 깊게 머문다.

ah, some fruits, at last! Big lemon and apples, heavy grapefruits and then this very grassy thing. Between harshness and fruitiness. A very lively profile. With water: behaves exactly like the 1978, becoming very zesty and fruity. Does marc de chenin blanc exist?
