Tasting Notes
맑고 짙은 황금빛이 잔에 차분히 자리한다. 1954년 빈티지 글렌리벳이 27년을 보낸 캐든헤드 덤피 보틀의 향은 잘 익은 사과와 배의 단내 위로 스페이사이드 특유의 섬세한 몰트 캐릭터, 가벼운 꿀, 그리고 오랜 숙성이 길어 올린 밀랍과 옅은 견과류가 우아하게 어우러진다. 한 모금에 46도의 절제된 도수가 매끄럽게 펼쳐지며 캐러멜과 마른 사과, 가벼운 시나몬, 옅은 풀잎이 차례로 흐른다. 캐든헤드 클래식 덤피 보틀이 남기는 단정하고 깊게 이어지는 여운.

We’re in the same ballpark, with a similar age (probably) and a similar profile, that is to say a fully spirit-driven, totally polished by time only –both in cask and in glass- style. Raw malt, citrus, green apples, rocks… And a lot of alcohol, even after all these years. So, with water: no. I mean yes, but it gets a little raw and rough, as if 50 more years in glass (or 10 years in oak) would have been needed. The palte will tell us – once reduced
