잔에 따른 뒤 한 박자 쉬고 코를 대면 알코올보다 단내가 먼저 도착한다. 흔들면 마른 무화과와 오렌지 껍질이 뒤에서 올라와 향의 폭을 넓힌다. 한 모금 머금으면 50도의 술이 혀 가운데를 곧게 누르고 토피가 그 위를 덮는다. 삼킨 자리에는 육두구와 오크가 오래 머문다. 다시 흔들면 달큰한 곡물이 앞으로 나온다. 싱글 배럴답게 이 병은 향신료 쪽 개성이 뚜렷하게 드러난다.
