amazing, even more apples, with oranges added into the basket. A little maple syrup, a touch of vanilla and caramel… In fact, this is liquid tarte tatin, not something that’s unusual with Glenlivet. With water: gets a little more honeyed, but there’s also more cider. We’re far from Calvados, though
