Tasting Notes
화사한 금빛이 잔 속에서 투명하게 일렁인다. 리무진 프렌치 오크에서 열다섯 해를 보낸 글렌리벳 15년 핸드필드는, 잔을 코끝에 두면 잔을 들기도 전에 잘 익은 사과가 쏟아지듯 밀려오고 옅은 점토와 서늘한 약재 향이 뒤따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 사과와 오렌지에 메이플 시럽과 바닐라가 겹쳐 타르트 타탱을 떠올리게 하고, 56.8도의 도수가 또렷한 힘을 낸다. 여운은 초록 사과와 사과주의 상큼함을 산뜻하게 남기며 이어진다.
