Tasting Notes
외진 리벳 강 골짜기의 서늘한 고지에서 자란 글렌리벳이 셰리로 빚어낸 카스크 스트렝스다. 올로로소 셰리에서 15년을 보낸 이 위스키는 58.7도로 황금빛 도는 호박색을 낸다. 향은 처음의 옅은 금속성 뒤로 호두와 파이프 담배, 초콜릿이 헤레스의 솔레라를 떠올리게 한다. 입에서는 초콜릿과 오렌지, 볶은 견과의 진한 감칠맛과 후추가 번진다. 여운은 길고 완벽하게 드라이하게 마무리된다.

massive whisky, starting right on chocolate and oranges (and Jaffa cakes), going on with many roasted nuts (peanuts and pecans first), and getting then rather meatier and almost umami-esque. Malt extracts, Maggi, black pepper… With water: very good, even meatier, with notes of salty bouillon and bone marrow
