Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 처음엔 살짝 금속성 뉘앙스가 스치다가 호두와 파이프 담배, 초콜릿의 셰리 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 물을 더하면 코코아 가루와 흙내로 발전하며 헤레스의 올로로소 솔레라를 연상시킨다. 54.4도의 팰럿은 초콜릿과 오렌지, 자파 케이크로 열린 뒤 구운 땅콩과 피칸, 감칠맛 도는 몰트 추출액과 후추가 맞물린다. 피니시는 길고 완벽하게 건조하다. 증류소에서 직접 채운 글렌리벳 15년이다.

massive whisky, starting right on chocolate and oranges (and Jaffa cakes), going on with many roasted nuts (peanuts and pecans first), and getting then rather meatier and almost umami-esque. Malt extracts, Maggi, black pepper… With water: very good, even meatier, with notes of salty bouillon and bone marrow
