Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌리벳 특유의 건조한 풀 향과 꿀, 잘 익은 사과 내음이 먼저 명확하게 드러난다. 뮤즐리와 버터, 옅은 효모 뉘앙스가 뒤이어 발전한다. 팰럿은 40도에서 사과와 꿀, 캐러멜 위로 아니스와 가벼운 향신료가 층을 이룬다. 낮은 도수에도 과일 중심의 짜임새가 의외로 단단하다. 피니시는 제법 길게 이어지며 감초와 캐러멜의 단맛이 남는 퍼스트필 12년이다.

starts dry and grassy, very malty, with a little cardboard as well but also nice notes of honey and overripe apples. Some nectar as well after a while, as well as more ripe apples and touches of muesli, butter and yeast. Nice and relatively complex so far
restaurant Palate
not weak at all despite the age in glass and the low strength. Good fruity profile, on apples again, honey, caramel and touches of spices. Maybe a little aniseed? Quite some Ovaltine as well
timer Finish
quite long, with more liquorice. Some caramel in the aftertaste but it isn’t bitter
