Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 맑은 황금빛이 유리 벽을 타고 미끄러진다. 코를 가져가면 글렌리벳다운 버터 같은 곡물 향에 밀랍과 오렌지 블로섬, 잘 익은 사과가 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 48도의 도수가 크리미한 질감에 꿀과 복숭아, 배의 단맛을 실어 오고, 생강과 강황의 스파이스가 뒤따른다. 삼킨 뒤에는 배와 향신료, 옅은 마시멜로의 달콤한 여운이 길게 이어진다.

pleasant, buttery, a little eau-de-vie-ish (raw kirschwasser), on cereals again, not too far from the 15 as far as the overall profile is concerned. I'm finding rather a lot of beeswax, those touches of paraffin again, kougelhopf and orange blossom water. A fresh box of Turkish delights straight from Istanbul, and those ripe apples that aren't unusual in Glenlivet. Nice
restaurant Palate
very creamy, very candy-like, pretty waxy again, going towards honey sweets and preserved peaches and pears. A little icing sugar, cane syrup, then grassier notes, green tea, wee touches of turmeric and ginger from some oak that must have been pretty active… And vanilla
timer Finish
rather long, with more bubblegum and a few marshmallows. Pears as well, then spices and teas again
