잔을 크게 한 바퀴 돌리면 벽을 타고 내려오는 다리가 굵고 느리다. 코를 가져가면 흑설탕을 끓인 듯한 단내와 구운 오크가 앞자리를 차지한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 정향과 육두구가 혀 옆구리를 자극하고 바닐라가 그 사이를 메운다. 삼킨 뒤에는 가죽과 마른 나무가 오래 걸려 쉽게 사라지지 않는다. 빈 잔에는 달콤한 잔향이 남는다. 배럴마다 표정이 다른 싱글 배럴 중에서도 향신료 쪽으로 기운 병이다.
