Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 맑게 잔을 채운다. 아드벡 특유의 강렬한 피트가 타르와 요오드, 바닷내음을 머금고 코끝을 가른다. 1991년 증류해 14년을 보낸 이 아일라 위스키는 입에서 그을린 훈연과 짭조름한 소금기, 레몬의 산뜻함을 함께 풀어 놓는다. 46도의 절제된 도수가 거친 연기를 다듬어 주고, 식어 가는 잿불과 해초의 짠맛이 깊고 길게 남는 끝맛을 그린다.

rather fresh and quite simple, with lovely notes of smoked almonds, followed by putty and tar. It appears that the Madeira has mellowed this Ardbeg into something rather gentle and polite. A few hints of new rubber boots as well
restaurant Palate
fairly light, with a touch of sweetness (white clover) and a bit of tar liqueur. A slight medicinal edge, then tinned peaches and almond milk
timer Finish
of medium length, soft, gentle, and saline. Some periwinkles and white wine. Touches of mercurochrome and ashes in the background
