hefty cask impact, but done in that American craft style, all-out excess, which ends up creating an odd sense of coherence and even softness. Not sure that makes sense, but there we are. Rubber, peat, smoked fish, lamp oil, myriads of spices, strange coatings (Rubson?), dark chocolate… With water: no time to linger, is there? Let’s just say brined Italian citrus fruits come crashing in
