아일라 남부 해안의 아드벡 2000은 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 무려 25년을 보낸 고숙성이다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 감돈다. 강렬한 이탄 연기 위로 말린 과일과 다크 초콜릿, 타르, 바다 내음이 겹쳐 피어오른다. 55.4도의 단단한 힘으로, 입에서는 그을린 스모크와 건포도, 구운 커피의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 여운은 재와 셰리의 달콤쌉쌀함으로 깊고 길게 남는다.
