세월에 닳은 옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 잔잔히 빛난다. 1974년의 아드벡답게 오래 식은 모닥불 재와 타르, 잘 익은 자두가 부드럽게 얽혀 피어난다. 40도의 낮은 도수는 입에서 훈제 청어와 감초, 은은한 박하의 서늘함을 가볍게 펼친다. 20년의 시간은 끝에서 옅어진 피트와 흙내음, 짭조름한 미네랄을 천천히 풀어내며 길게 가라앉는다.
