starts on some nice tropical fruits, grapefruit juice… Gets quite grassy, with some hints of wet straw. A little too weak, alas, lacking a little oomph. Sometimes Arbeg easily stands 40% ABV but here we want more
restaurant Palate
rather thin body but with some huge notes of caramel, cinnamon and dried fruits (dates, raisins). Gets then a bit sweetish, on liquorice allsorts. Really in the G&M Connoisseur’s Choice style, although some CC's are much better than this one. You got it, it really lacks a little bit of oomph (and perhaps one ear ;-))
