Tasting Notes
아일라 남단의 짭조름한 바닷바람과 짙은 피트밭이 아드벡 특유의 강렬한 훈연을 관통한다. 1993년 증류해 셰리 호그스헤드에서 오래 숙성한 이 위스키는 깊은 호박빛을 띠며, 코에는 타르와 그을린 장작, 말린 과일이 거칠게 얽힌다. 51.5도의 입안에는 짭짤한 재와 다크초콜릿, 정향이 강하게 번지며 셰리의 단맛이 훈연을 떠받친다. 여운은 검은 연기와 소금기가 오래도록 입천장에 머문다.
