Tasting Notes
백포도주처럼 옅은 빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 흔들린다. 셰리 호그스헤드를 거쳤음에도 색이 옅은 이 아드벡은 시트러스가 감도는 해안의 연기와 금속 광택제, 커스터드의 향을 조심스럽게 피운다. 47.7도의 원액은 입 안에서 훈제 연어와 사과 주스, 그을린 종이의 풍미를 흐릿하게 풀어놓아 평소의 아드벡보다 나긋하게 다가온다. 여운은 길지 않으나 훈제한 라임과 키위의 산뜻함을 남기며 잔잔히 사그라든다.

this kind of citric coastal smoke, with some metal polish, custard, and whiffs of wet fabric/hessian. It’s a little shy for Ardbeg, perhaps. Candle smoke
restaurant Palate
good not great, I’d say. A little vague, musty, with notes of smoked salmon, Sprite from last night, apple juice, and burnt papers. So good but probably not very Ardbeg. Perhaps did someone forget to put the bung back in, a few years ago?

only medium, and a wee bit flabby. A little frustrating. The aftertaste is a little better, with some kind of smoked limes and kiwis
