Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 고인다. 1975년 증류된 아드벡은 셰리 캐스크에서 21년을 보내며 그을린 타르와 말린 자두, 다크초콜릿의 향을 진하게 끌어올린다. 47도의 도수가 입안에서 졸인 과일과 가죽, 짭짤한 재의 맛을 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르게 한다. 셰리와 강한 피트가 맞붙은 옛 아드벡 특유의 깊이가 또렷하고, 쌉싸름한 커피와 훈연이 어우러진 여운이 길고 진하게 남는다.

much yeastier, on beer and cider. Quite smoky. Apple skin, toasted bread, burnt cake… Less immediately ‘sexy’ than the other one and a little more spirity but still quite enjoyable, even if rather simple
