연한 밀짚빛 황금색이 잔에 또렷이 펼쳐지며 가볍게 흐른다. 1974년 아드벡이 18년 숙성으로 1992년 카드햄즈의 150주년 기념 보틀링으로 풀려난 향은 짙은 피트 연기와 신선한 요오드, 갓 짠 레몬의 산뜻함이 단번에 코를 가득 채운다. 한 모금에 55도의 강한 알코올이 그을린 해초와 검은 후추, 옅은 바닐라의 단맛을 함께 끌어온다. 아일라 특유의 마른 모닥불과 짭짤한 미네랄이 마지막까지 강렬히 식어간다.

totally huge and concentrated, almost too extreme. I am joking, that's like claiming that Tyson was too strong. Loads of bitter oranges, huge tarriness, the feeling of eating a new pair of boots, a ton of mint, licking new Pirellis… Well this was Ardbeg as in Ardbeg.
