Tasting Notes
셰리 버트에서 21년을 보낸 숙성이 아드벡의 강렬한 피트에 진한 과실의 옷을 입힌다. 1976년 빈티지의 이 아델피 보틀링은 잔을 가까이하면 모닥불 연기와 건포도, 짭조름한 바닷바람의 향이 깊게 솟아오른다. 49.2도의 입안에서는 그을린 보리와 다크 초콜릿, 말린 자두의 풍미가 두껍게 흐르며 올드 아드벡다운 복합미를 보인다. 짙은 호박빛 잔 끝으로 달큰한 스모크와 향신료의 여운이 길게 남는다.
