퍼스트필 만사니야 버트에서 12년을 보낸 흔적이 가장 먼저 코를 사로잡는다. 만사니야 특유의 짭짤하고 마른 셰리가 아드벡의 묵직한 피트 연기와 만나 바닷소금과 그을린 재, 올리브 같은 향을 빚어낸다. 입에서는 타르와 훈제 베이컨, 마른 견과의 짠 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 58.3도의 힘이 아일라 피트를 끝까지 밀어붙인다. 황금빛 끝에는 소금기와 연기가 뒤엉킨 긴 여운이 또렷이 남는다.
