코를 대면 캐러멜 팝콘과 마른 옥수숫대가 앞선다. 뒤로 오렌지 껍질과 정향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 흑설탕과 계피가 앞서고 중반에 오크 탄닌이 개입한다. 질감은 두껍지만 유질감 덕에 목넘김이 매끄럽게 이어진다. 피니시는 다크 초콜릿과 후추로 마무리된다. 싱글 배럴이라 병마다 편차가 있지만 100프루프 규격이 골격을 일정하게 유지한다.
