잔을 채운 빛깔은 오래된 구리 주전자처럼 붉은 기가 도는 호박빛이다. 향은 처음에 잘 익은 붉은 사과와 꿀을 바른 콘브레드를 떠올리게 하고 이내 계피 가루가 그 위에 내려앉는다. 50도라는 도수가 무색하게 입 안에서는 진한 토피와 구운 옥수수의 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 마지막에는 새 오크의 차링에서 온 은은한 재와 감초가 남아 긴 꼬리를 그린다.
