Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 옅은 금빛이 가볍게 일렁인다. 코끝에 가져가면 링크우드다운 흰 꽃과 풋사과, 갓 깎은 잔디의 산뜻한 향이 먼저 올라온다. 잔을 더 흔들면 레몬 셔벗과 가벼운 바닐라가 뒤따라 피어오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 10년 숙성다운 생기 위로 꿀과 시트러스, 보리 단맛이 혀를 미끄러진다. 59.2도의 도수는 강하지만 향은 섬세해, 삼키고 나면 꽃향과 풋과일의 산뜻함이 깔끔하게 따라온다.

very rich and creamy mouth feel. Maple syrup, triple-sec, chocolate and cappuccino, then some orange squash just like in some of the others. Barley sugar. With water: we’re back in the forest. Pinesap, more mushrooms, a touch of liquorice and earth… And raisins. Dried apricots
