잔을 다 비운 뒤 손바닥에 남은 향을 맡으면 이 배럴이 남긴 인상이 정리된다. 캐러멜과 구운 곡물이 마지막까지 남아 있다. 앞서 한 모금을 머금었을 때는 흑설탕과 계피가 혀를 덮고 50도의 열기가 그 사이를 지나갔다. 삼킨 다음에는 뉴 채러드 오크의 마른 기운이 단맛을 눌러 잡으며 조용히 마무리된다. 온기가 식은 자리에는 곡물의 단내만 조용히 남는다.
