Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 링크우드 특유의 섬세한 꽃향과 잘 익은 과일이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 21년을 보낸 1972년 빈티지답게 꿀과 바닐라, 마른 풀 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 43도의 팰럿은 부드럽게 입을 채우며 배와 시트러스, 보리 단맛이 단단한 균형을 이룬다. 스페이사이드의 우아한 몰트다운 정제된 구조감과 섬세한 균형이 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시에서는 꽃과 꿀, 옅은 향신료의 잔향이 길게 이어지며 섬세하게 마무리된다. 1972년 빈티지 링크우드의 섬세한 우아함을 담은 보틀링이다.

very subtle and elegant, with deep floral tones, roses, irises, some sandalwood, perhaps distant whiffs of church incense, certainly some soft honey (acacia, also acacia flowers), honeysuckle… I know some ladies may consider this being sexist, but apologies, I think this is a rather feminine nose. And a beautiful one at that
restaurant Palate
a few bits and pieces of pencil shavings at first, then some kind of cake filled with stewed red apples, raisins, and fresh mint leaves. All that is covered with the same honey as in the nose. A very soft malt, extremely approachable and drinkable. The strength is perfect given the style
timer Finish
medium, a wee bit spicier. Anis biscuits and amaretti
