Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잠겨 있다. 스페이사이드의 링크우드답게 사과와 배, 흰 꽃의 향이 단정하게 피어오르고, 럼 쿼터 캐스크가 더한 사탕수수의 단맛이 그 위에 얹힌다. 한 모금 머금으면 진한 당밀과 열대 과일이 미끄러지듯 번지고, 57.2도의 힘이 작은 캐스크의 빠른 숙성이 빚어낸 향신료를 받쳐 든다. 여운은 달큰한 럼의 온기와 오크의 무게를 길게 남긴다.

how good is this? Superb limoncello, more chalk, grist, green apple liqueur, cherry stems, citrusy wax… What a classy distillate when you let it breathe! With water: gets fat as oil, always wonderfully tight, lemony, chalky. Bone-dry chenin blanc this time

long, wonderfully straight and vertical. More minerality in the aftertaste, leaves and stems too
