Very nice citrus, touch of eucalyptus and pine (that's that new wood). With water: sweeter yet, rounder and nicely citrusy. Think of all kinds of liqueurs our Italians friends would make out of citrus fruits. Limoncello, clemencello, orangecello, tangerinecello, violoncello (ooh that's funny, S. Next time, you're fired)
