Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 사과꽃과 풀 향, 레몬의 산뜻함이 먼저 두드러진다. 1997년 링크우드를 호그스헤드에서 25년 숙성한 캐스크 스트렝스로, 스페이사이드 특유의 깔끔하고 섬세한 캐릭터가 명확하게 드러난다. 입에서는 배와 시트러스, 가벼운 꿀이 산뜻하게 이어진다. 56.3도임에도 도수의 거친 면 없이 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 청량한 과일과 옅은 오크가 길게 정돈된다.

the same profile, but deeper on those earthy qualities and with added layers of 'oldness', which here translates to more waxes, more linseed oils, more putty and resinous qualities. The fruitiness is generally more on the crystallised and preserved side of things - same quality overall I feel. With water: holds this lovely resinous profile with notes of herbal teas, wormwood, Cointreau and various fruit eau de vie impressions
restaurant Palate
excellent! Superb concentration and with big notes of crystallised honey, flower nectars, hardwood resins and fruit compotes. Orange oils, kumquat and quince jelly. With water: mango jam, rosewater, lychee, herbal ointments and hints of things like fig jam and maraschino juice
timer Finish
long, resinous once again, peppery and starting to become quite mentholated and still nicely fruity in the aftertaste
