a little old-skool, nutty and with many raisins, cakes, figs, a little ham… All nice, if not mindboggling. With water: fine. Easier dry sherry, walnuts, orange skin, gravel…

restaurant Palate

a bit rough, on leaves, ginger, green peppercorns… It's pretty wild, as wild as the Lucerne lake when the wind blows (and the ships are pitching). With water: good, sweeter, but still rather gingery. Ginseng, honey and propolis – all said to cure everything
