Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 1990년 증류된 18년의 시간이 스페이사이드 링크우드의 섬세한 결을 곱게 다듬었다. 향에서는 갓 벤 풀과 흰 꽃, 잘 익은 배가 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 45도의 단정한 입에서는 보리 사탕과 레몬, 가벼운 꿀이 비단처럼 미끄러진다. 링크우드 특유의 꽃향이 처음부터 끝까지 흐트러지지 않는다. 여운에는 풀잎과 시트러스의 맑은 잔향이 깔끔하게 머문다.

extremely similar, just a little fruitier and less smoky. Slightly more flowery as well, with maybe a faint farminess. Just as enjoyable as its older sibling
restaurant Palate
again, very similar at the attack, maybe just a tad more full-bodied but also a little simpler, getting a little too ‘sweetish and tea-ish’ after a moment. The finish is a little longer but again, simpler, except for a little salt at the very end. 82 points .
