exceptionally pure fruitiness. Apples, mirabelles (big time), papayas, grapefruits… With water: grassier, greener, a notch bitterer but still extremely fine. Leaves and fruit peel

long, very tart now. Biting into some bitter orange, somewhere in Andalusia. Big mistake!
