Tasting Notes
붉은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 우아하게 빛난다. 퍼스트필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 25년을 보낸 링크우드 1997은 본래의 섬세한 꽃향 위로 건포도와 잘 익은 자두의 단맛을 곱게 얹는다. 한 모금은 말린 과일과 꿀, 옅은 향신료가 매끄럽게 번지며 링크우드 특유의 향기로운 결을 잃지 않는다. 56도의 도수는 단맛과 섬세함의 균형이 단단하다. 여운에서는 잘 익은 과일과 은은한 꽃향이 길게 이어지며 우아하게 마무리된다.

the same profile, but deeper on those earthy qualities and with added layers of 'oldness', which here translates to more waxes, more linseed oils, more putty and resinous qualities. The fruitiness is generally more on the crystallised and preserved side of things - same quality overall I feel. With water: holds this lovely resinous profile with notes of herbal teas, wormwood, Cointreau and various fruit eau de vie impressions
restaurant Palate
excellent! Superb concentration and with big notes of crystallised honey, flower nectars, hardwood resins and fruit compotes. Orange oils, kumquat and quince jelly. With water: mango jam, rosewater, lychee, herbal ointments and hints of things like fig jam and maraschino juice
timer Finish
long, resinous once again, peppery and starting to become quite mentholated and still nicely fruity in the aftertaste
