노즈에서는 링크우드 특유의 풀밭 같은 청량함과 사과, 바닐라가 명확하게 드러난다. 캐든헤드가 1997년 빈티지를 21년 동안 버번 호그스헤드에서 숙성한 이 위스키는 55도의 도수에도 향이 섬세하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 배와 레몬커드, 꿀의 단맛이 주도하며 보리의 깨끗한 곡물감이 받친다. 피니시는 흰 후추와 마른 오크가 길게 이어지고, 스페이사이드 특유의 정제된 구조감이 단단한 21년 숙성 몰트다.
