노즈에서는 올로로소 캐스크에서 온 카라멜과 프랄린, 토피와 건포도 롤의 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도의 도수로 자파 케이크와 카라멜 초콜릿, 네스카페와 오발틴이 부드럽게 발전한다. 링크우드 특유의 깨끗한 스피릿이 셰리의 단맛과 균형을 단단하게 잡는다. 카데나스 오리지널 컬렉션다운 피니시는 카라멜과 커피, 구운 땅콩이 길게 이어진다.
