붉은 기운이 감도는 호박빛이 잔에 어린다. 스페이사이드 링크우드가 퍼스트필 루비 포트 배리크에서 10년을 보내며 화사한 개성을 얻었다. 바나나 브레드와 크루아상, 바닐라 퍼지의 달콤한 향에 붉은 베리의 결이 겹친다. 입안에서는 잘 익은 과일과 맥아의 단맛이 미끄러지듯 흐르고 소나무 같은 쌉쌀함이 뒤를 잇는다. 57.1도의 여운은 맥아의 고소함으로 부드럽게 남는다.

of course this works. Banana bread, croissants, raisin rolls, vanilla fudge, shortbread… With water: some paraffin, some engine oil, some brake fluid… I was not expecting this. Now the cakes are soon to strike back, with more croissants. A we or are we not French?
